Deadline
Space reservations must be received by the 10th of the month prior to the publication month. Reserve your space by emailing advertising@njjs.org. Camera ready artwork is due the 20th of the month prior to the publication month. Submit artwork to art@njjs.org.
Design/Technical
Ads are full color and we accept camera-ready high-resolution – 300 dpi – PDF files. Please include your organization’s name and the issue month/year in the filename (YourOrg-mm-yy.pdf). E-mail camera-ready artwork to art@njjs.org.
Payment
Payment can be made:

Monthly eBlast Options
NJJS will advertise musician member upcoming performances for FREE in our shared (multi-event listings) bi-monthly eBlast.
Event promoters, and member musicians who are not performing in an event, are not eligible to advertise events for free — however, eBlast space can be purchased as follows:

$25 – Dedicated Standalone eBlast
Non-Members & Promoters
$25 – Shared eBlast
$50 – Dedicated Standalone eBlast
Please note: Only performances in the upcoming month will be listed in that eBlast (exception: NJJS events)

eBlast Policy
One of the benefits of being an NJJS Musician Member is that we will advertise your upcoming performances for FREE in our shared bi-monthly eBlast. Event promoters, and member musicians who are not performing in an event, are not eligible to advertise events for free — however, eBlast space can be purchased (see below for rates).
- eBlasts are sent twice a month, around the 1st and the 15th of the month.
Musician Members
- Shared eBlasts are published on the 1st and the 15th of the month. Deadline for submission is two weeks prior to eBlast publication.
- Complete performance information should be emailed in a camera-ready JPEG – for greater impact.
OR
with all information submitted in plain, no-formatted text (NOT a PDF/flyer) in the following format: band/musician, day and date, time, descriptive text (if applicable), venue, address, contact telephone, cover charge, and working links to the venue, ticketing, and musician’s website (optional), along with a photo (JPEG – 800 x 1200px). NJJS reserves the right to edit content for space. Emails should be sent to eblast@njjs.org. - If you have multiple performances in the upcoming month, gigs should be listed in ONE JPEG flyer or text. Please do NOT send multiple flyers, advertising different performances – NO exceptions. Emails should be sent to eblast@njjs.org.
- If Musician Members have open‐ended/recurring performances month to month, and want them to be listed in eBlasts each month, they must resubmit performance information each month. Only performances in the given month will be listed in that month’s eBlast (exception: NJJS events).
- Dedicated eBlasts for Musician Members – listing only your event – can be purchased for $25. Reservations are subject to availability, and must be made a minimum of two weeks prior to publication. Payment must be made in advance on our website at the time of reservation.
- Please contact eblast@njjs.org to make your reservation and other payment arrangements if necessary.
Non-Musician Members or Promoters
$25 – Shared eBlast. See above for deadline submissions.
$50 – Dedicated standalone eBlast.
Payment must be made in advance via PayPal on our website under “STORE” using code: payment@njjs.org. Please indicate payment is for a shared or dedicated eBlast, and provide musician/band name (if it can’t be discerned from the email address). Please contact eblast@njjs.org in advance if other payment arrangements need to be made.
