PRIMA!

At the Ocean County Teen Arts Festival, held the week of March 22 at Ocean County College in Toms River, Carolyn Dorfman Dance presented a brilliant 30-minute performance to the words and music of Louis Prima. The goal, according to Carolyn Dorfman, CDD’s Choreographer and Founding Artistic Director (Jersey Jazz, March 2021), was “to create a musical journey for the audience, with a broad range of humor and virtuosity. I believe that comes through in the dancing.”
